Assistant Store Manager Replay Store Barcelona:
We are looking for a brilliant and confident Assistant Store Manager for our Replay Store in Barcelona, who will contribute to the organization and operational management of the store and staff by supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and in the following activities:

  • The planning of the staff shifts
  • The analysis of sale KPI to reach the expected results
  • The support to the customers during their shopping experience to maximize their loyalty
  • The organization of the stock activities

The best profile has:


  • Past experience in fashion retail as Assistant Store Manager (at least 2 years)
  • Flexibility towards working hours and stress conditions
  • Good organization abilities, positive attitude and problem solving
  • Strong communication skills towards customers and sales assistants
