This is an ICB job within the Solutions Specialist sub-team as part of the DACH/Scienlab/Specialist team.


Key responsibilities:


  • Complex SOW review in close alignment with Project Managers, Contracts and Revenue Lead
  • Customer T&C review in collaboration with Contracts and Revenue Lead
  • Document solutions deals in an executive manner, containing all necessary details to manage deals from a contractual and financial perspective
  • Provide deal specific management updates and work with Solution CSR to get deals quoted and booked in a smooth manner
  • Providing presales and/or post sales consulting on specific customer scenarios taking into account local policies and laws, financial requirements, international compliance rules related to customer contracts and product shipment
  • Financial qualification in regards to deal optimization for revenues and unbilled inventory, proactive deal follow up with relevant parties, providing guidance on dealrelated transactions to Solution CSRs in different teams
  • Ensure timely and correct revenue recognition for solution deals, throughout their lifecycle in close coordination with Solutions CSRs.
  • Drive process improvements & mentor colleagues
  • Regular reporting activities related to Solutions

Job Qualifications:

- **Language requirements**:Native German and high level of English. Other European languages are a plus.

  • Proven track record of results in managing the quote to revenue cycle for sales admin
  • Ability to read and understand commercial/contractual terms
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to get message across to different players within Keysight
  • Ability to build a solid financial acumen to enable correct deal management in nonstandard situations
  • Builds a network and rapport with all business partner functions enabling strong alignment and collaboration
  • Good knowledge about organizational setup and roles & responsibilities within Keysight
  • Extensive and deep process and policy knowledge to provide guidance and consulting regarding a compliant quote to revenue management of Solutions, with a good understanding of the business needs of all involved parties
