    Job Description:

    As a Laboratory Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of raw materials and finished products.

    1. Verify traceability information for fish and other ingredients to ensure it is accurate and compliant with product requirements.
    2. Create and update entry codes in the Quality Management System (QMS).
    3. Manage associated documentation, such as analysis reports and certifications, and archive them in the QMS.

    You will also be responsible for requesting and validating fish samples from external cold storage facilities or internal laboratories.



    Required Skills & Qualifications:


      Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word) required./<ul>

      The candidate must have excellent communication skills to work closely with cross-functional teams within Bolton Food's global operations,
