Marketing Director, EMEA - Aristocrat Gaming


Summary:


The Marketing Director will be the primary support and marketing lead for the EMEA region, reporting into the Head of International Marketing.

Working alongside the commercial, sales, finance, and regulatory / legal teams across the region, the Marketing Director is responsible for implementing and executing on the region's annual strategic priorities.

This role will chart the course for the brand / business and identify creative and unique ways to tactically execute against the overarching strategy and meet region specific OKRs.


What You'll Do:


  • Develop the annualized and quarterly budget forecasts for the region, working closely with finance team to track and manage budget on an ongoing basis
  • Develop the strategic priorities and vision for the market alongside the head of international marketing, partnering on annually planning and developing the '5year vision'
  • Collaboration with commercial team leaders to materialize the product vision and roadmap for the region, supporting key product launches and ongoing product promotion
  • Collaboration with the landbased gaming corporate communications team, integrating communication strategies into overall marketing plan and helping to shape communication efforts
  • Lead the execution of key regional tradeshows (ICE, etc) and individual regional customer events
  • Support key customer relationships and identify ways to extend marketing support to these key customers
  • Identify areas of opportunity and growth within the market to inform future executions and support
  • Ability to quantify and aggregate contextual data / insights to fuel marketing efforts
  • Implement and lead with Responsible Gaming, Legal, and Compliance in all efforts
  • Help to execute on brand equity, positioning, and messaging for key campaigns
  • Strong communication skills, helping to lead in both internal and external communications
  • Represent Aristocrat in public forums, industry, and trade discussions

What We're Looking For:


  • 10+ years of experience in professional marketing. Gaming experience, international marketing and strong market knowledge is preferred
  • Proven history of supporting the execution of innovative marketing strategy, assisting in annual brand planning and execution
  • Experience in the use of marketing technology implementations, business analytics, key performance indicators, and dashboards
  • Experience in pull through of marketing campaigns, performance marketing management and measurement
  • Experience in working effectively in crossfunctional teams and fostering relationships with immediate team members and senior leadership
  • Strong balance of strategic and pragmatic marketing skills and significant experience in integrated, multichannel campaigns
  • Demonstrated competency in identification of business opportunities, markets, innovation needs
  • Proven success in business case development, presentation, and measurement
  • Fluency in Spanish, French and / or german is preferred but not required
