- Leading across the organizational matrix, driving value creation beyond the formal scope. Accountable for the delivery of all finance activities (accounting, accounts receivable, payable, treasury & banking, taxes, payroll, group reporting, etc).
- Review audit reports and follow up on.
- Responsible for creating fully reconciled statutory and group reporting position.
- Risk Management & Internal Controls Develop.
- Maintain and strengthen the key internal and external relationships including local auditors, authorities and senior management both locally and internationally.
- Provide support in identifying and resolving process inefficiencies, ensuring close alignment of Finance Transformation and alignment with business needs.
- Provide expert advice, guidance and support to Country President, Divisional controller and Business leaders.
- Finance/Business related degree or other equivalent level academic qualification
- MBA, postgraduate in Finance or alike
- Formal accountancy qualification such as Certified Chartered Accountant (desirable), CPA (preferred)
- Ideally a background from "Big 4" audit company (3 to 5 years) prior to moving into industry
- Fluent English (the interview process will be in this language)
