Temporary Internship Researcher

Advanced and Chronic Liver Disease
We are looking for a highly motivated student with good academic scores willing to join our group through competitive

PhD program calls (AGAUR, PFIS ). This intern position will serve as a bridge contract until resolution of the calls.

The Advanced and Chronic Liver Disease group belongs to the Liver Diseases Research Group of VHIR. It is also a

consolidated group, recognized by AGAUR and it is integrated at the CIBERehd.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Education and qualifications:


Required:
-

Degree in health sciences (biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology, medicine, etc...).

  • High academic records
  • High level of English language

Experience and knowledge:


Required:
-

Previous experience in a research lab.

  • Willing to get the Certificate of Animal Research Experimentation (financed by the group).

Desired:
-

Official Master in health sciences.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, selfmotivation, and social skills as key personal abilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Authorship in scientific publications

Main responsibilities and duties:

Development of his/her PhD project.

context of a research group on Advanced and Chronic Liver Disease.

  • Participation in the teaching activities of the group.

Labour conditions:

Full-time position (40h/week).

  • Start: September 15th, 2023
  • Length of the contract: 6 months; potentially extensible.
  • Gross annual salary: 22.823,22 €
