WHAT WILL YOU DO?


You will play a crucial role in identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential prospects for our services, mainly focusing on generating new sales opportunities in the English speaking markets.


Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

  • Scouting for new clients and initiating first contact
  • Building a sales lead funnel into our Hubspot CRM
  • Reaching out to past clients to explore new opportunities
  • Coordinating and overseeing the sales process from initial contact to signed contract
  • Supporting the development and implementation of strategies to drive offline business growth
You will be communicating with prospects in English only, so fluency in English is required

YOU ARE

  • MUST: Fluency in English, including the ability to read, write, and speak effectively
  • Recent graduate
  • Have an open and direct communication style
  • Relationshiporiented
  • Proven ability to be highly responsive, reliable, and accountable in their work

YOU HAVE

  • A minimum of one year of professional experience after completing college
  • Preferably, experience in sales, specifically B2B, in related industries and departments such as events, learning and development, etc.
  • Experience working in small, rapidly growing companies
  • Proven ability to manage your own schedule while meeting company goals


As a member of a growing company, we seek a resourceful and self-motivated individual with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to take ownership and lead initiatives.


HOURS & LOCATION

  • Full time
  • Hours are flexible within the standard work week; however, a certain overlap to
    Eastern Time should be considered.

COMPENSATION & TERMS

  • Compensation includes a monthly stipend plus commission for sales
  • This is an initial 3month contract with the opportunity for growth within the role.
