Suben Art Management is a company representing international artists, handling their careers and organising art events and exhibitions worldwide.

We are looking for a full-time
Event & Exhibition Producer that will take care of coordinating live actions, artistic installations and exhibitions in every aspect
to start as soon as possible.

The person must have a
provable 3-4 years of experience as a producer (Arts, creative or live industries) and live in
Barcelona/Barcelona Area.

ROLE RESPONSABILITIES

• Planning, directing and overseeing production agenda and tasks (preparation, implementation and monitoring of projects: objectives, plan, budget, location etc)
• Budget negotiation and communication with providers
• Customer care and client daily updating
• Project administration and accounting

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in the production process of art shows and art fairs appreciated.
• Experience in planning, developing and delivering events in an international environment.
• Minimum of 34 years experience in a similar position.
• Understanding of highend production.
• Knowledge and experience in Blockchain, NFT, Crypto and Web3 appreciated.

KNOWLEDGE

• Visual content edition (Adobe Photoshop, Abode Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Video Editing).
• Basic web content design (Mailchimp, Squarespace, Online store, WordPress).
• Excellent domain of Microsoft Office environment. Must include knowledge of Excel.
• Mandatory: Advanced level of both Spanish and English

We are open from 10:00 - 18:00 Mon-Fri.
