Working collaboratively alongside the case controllers and IT CAM of the account to deliver IT services across the integrated scope for the assigned Account and own integrated view of the system corresponding to the functional responsibilities assigned


Responsibilities
In addition to the tasks common to all Alight employees, the specific tasks for this position are:

  • Performs the analysis of current client business processes, using the functional knowledge of SAP & euHReka platforms, as well as the laws of different countries to optimize the service
  • Has Knowledge of one or several modules of SAP HR, including schema knowledge (payroll, time), prepayroll process, payroll, postpayroll, portal, etc
  • Performs the analysis of current customer business processes
  • Performs taking of detailed requirements about the customer's business processes
  • Makes estimates of time and resources required
  • Proposes on the appropriate methodology for developing the conceptual design at both the processes as the prototype of the system.
  • Plans the configuration and define the business processes in terms of the taking of requirements
  • Performs conceptual design at both the processes as the prototype of the system
  • Presents the integrated prototype to the customer
  • Monitors adaptation and parametrization of the solution to the taking of requirements
  • Monitors integrated testing
  • Completes presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirements
  • Provides training on those areas in which he/she is specialized for experience and knowledge
  • Plans and optimizes human resources and materials needed for project development
  • Detects potential and takes the necessary steps to maximize team development
  • Encourages and leads the education of the people in the team
  • Having a differential knowledge and perform a continuous updating of that knowledge
  • Advice and participation in presales activities
  • Knows and anticipates to the market trends
  • Ensures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production)
  • Is a functional reference to one or more areas relating to SAP HR
  • They have extensive Knowledge of legislation / SAP customizing for one / several countries
  • They are proactive and makes decisions without being forced by events

  • Makes estimates of time and resources/skills required, reviewing customer incidences and assigning them to the appropriate resource within the account
  • Monitors adaptation and configuration of the solution to the taking of requirements
  • Monitors integrated testing
  • Completes presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirements
  • Provides internal training on those areas in which he/she is specialized for experience and knowledge
  • Detects potential and takes the necessary steps to facilitate team development
  • Encourages and leads the education and coaching of team agents working for the account
  • Is a functional reference to one or more areas relating to SAP HR
  • They have good understanding of legislation / SAP customizing for one / several countries
  • They are proactive and makes decisions without being forced by events

Required Skills:

Experience in the functional domains, understanding the system requirements, translating those into technical specifications

Experience in planning work, quality controls, communication and coordination with team agents

Ability to interact across other business lines of the organization

Minimum 3 years' experience in supporting customers with successful track record.

Experience in customer communication skills

Experience of working in a global environment.

Experience in Service Level Agreements (SLA) metrics and measures
