Zoco Home - Marbella, is a must visit for all interior design and home decor fans.

As a Cook at Zoco Cafe, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of organic dishes in accordance with our menu specifications.

You will work with the kitchen team to ensure that every dish is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure that all food preparation and cooking areas are clean, sanitary, and organized.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to maintain freshness of ingredients.
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to streamline operations and maintain efficiency.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Contribute ideas for new menu items and participate in menu development as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience working as a cook in a restaurant.
  • Knowledge of organic cooking principles and techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication in English and Spanish.
