Company Description
We are a Bosch company, but we do not produce tangible objects such as DIY tools or car parts. Service is our product.

We provide services and complex technology driven solutions in the area Business Process Outsourcing, and this makes us unique in the Bosch world.


We work with leading companies from the automotive, travel, tourism, building and telecommunications sectors across the world as well as other Bosch units.

So besides having external client, we also work for the Bosch Group itself, helping colleagues and divisions in other areas.


As part of the Bosch group, we operate in one of its four main business areas - the Building and Energy Technologies unit.

There is a historical reason for it. We used to be part of Bosch Security Systems (producer of security hardware and security solutions). For them we managed for e.g. on-going product maintenance or the emergency and monitoring call center.

Key Languages
C2 or full professional level of Italian / Italiano.

Professional level of English will be a big plus, training is in English.


Main Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by providing information about products, resolving client's queries, and explaining company policies
  • Assist customers through various digital channels, reaching out to them if necessary
  • Collaborate with different departments to find appropriate solutions for escalated cases
  • Manage interactions on social media platforms to ensure timely and helpful responses to inquiries or comments
  • Become the best brand ambassador, and provide an outstanding service to clients.

Qualifications Core Skills/experience**- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential

  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle customer queries with empathy

  • Tech savvy and analytical

Contract Stability: Get a permanent contract from day zero. Starting date is 12/02/202-
Opportunity for hybrid working after 6 months and work abroad within the EU for up to 15 days per year.
