This is a full-time position, carried out from the comfort of your living room (or wherever you want) or from our amazing offices in Paris, Dubai or Barcelona.

YOUR MISSION:


  • Your mission is to perfectly and efficiently juggle between SEA, native ads, social ads and retargeting to
    double qualified leads entering our 3 main product funnels, at the lowest cost possible.


You're a Lead Acquisition Specialist on Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Tik Tok and Pinterest and you're obsessed with ROI.

And ready to smartly manage budgets of 300k - 1 Million $ in ads each year.

And able to Build ads from scratch (targeting, creative (at least for the vision), tracking, reporting)


YOUR 4 RESPONSIBILITIES ( where you'll get measured ):


  • 1.

Create and implement the SEA strategy:

-
Set up a Winning SEA strategy and improving it at all levels (design, audiences, keywords, wording, A/B tests )
-
Lead the whole assets creation needed
for the campaigns
-
Identify new creative smart angles, renderings and formats for our ads based on business needs and constant monitoring of our competitors' ads

  • Improve, test, test, test andoh yes : TEST
  • Create outrageously wellconverting landing pages.
  • Explore and launch new acquisition canals

Tracking and Performance Monitoring:

-
Automatically track daily circulation, costs, revenues and key KPIs

  • Create new dynamic, automated reports
  • Conduct a deep competitive and sectoral watch on the market

3.


Optimization:


  • Bring clever optimization recommendations to improve our ROI
  • Improve main KPIs on a recurring basis (ads CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CPM, number of leads and customers generated, number of qualified calls booked by the Sales Team)
  • Set up weekly split tests (A/B) to improve the conversion (lead, sale...)

Create and implement the SEO strategy of our websites
:


  • Implement the most effective natural referencing strategy to be ranked at the top of Google
  • Find highly engaged partners and manage them through backlinking / net linking.
  • Define the keywords and the tree structure.
  • Constantly optimize titles, contents, images (monthly technical and semantic audit, review of markup, meta title and descript
