About the Job:


Mercader is looking for the perfect profile as Store Manager for the first store in Madrid, S/he will be part of a passionate team that believes creativity and fun rules the world, taking action and ownership of the store with an entrepreneurial spirit, developing and sharing your store vision and being accountable for results.


Job Description:


We seek an experienced and passionate Sales Associate to join our luxury fashion brand store in the heart of Madrid.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to our valued clients while promoting our brand's high-end products.


Responsibilities:


  • Drive sales growth by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients;
  • Deliver an exceptional instore experience to customers, including maintaining visual merchandising standards and product knowledge;
  • Manage stock and place orders to ensure that the customer has the product they need and that the shop is always stocked;
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to management on sales performance and client feedback;
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth and effective operations of the store.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in luxury fashion retail sales is essential;
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for luxury fashion;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients;
  • Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets;
  • Experience with clienteling and building a loyal customer base;
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills;
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, additional languages are a plus.

Tipo de puesto:
Jornada completa

Salario: 1.300,00€-1.500,00€ al mes
