The Impact You'll Make in this Role

  • Position intended for professionals with proven sales experience in wound care market into the hospital channel_


As a Solventum ́s Sales Reps, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

- _Sales coverage with regular visits both face-to-face and virtual to all customers assigned in their territory_
- _Meeting sales targets by product family_
- _Weekly report to sales supervision including visit report and account tracking_
- _Handling office automation tools as well as CRM (Salesforce)_

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences Preferably Nursing.
AND in addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Sales coverage with regular visits both face-to-face and virtual to all hospitals and stakeholders assigned in its territory
  • Compliance with sales objectives by product families
  • Weekly report to sales supervision that includes visits report and account monitoring
  • Management of office IT tools as well as CRM (Salesforce)
  • English: Basic-level
  • Current, valid Driver's License.

Work location:
Sevilla- Hybrid Eligible (1 day per week)

Travel:
May include up to 20% per year

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
