Job responsibilities:


As a Sales Team Leader, you will build and lead an international team of 5-10 talented Business Development Representatives (BDR) and Sales Development Representatives (SDR) in Barcelona.

You will be responsible for defining and improving key sales processes and KPIs to help the team achieve sales targets and reach our ambitious growth and expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- _ Strategic Leadership for

Sales Success:

_ Take the lead in hiring, guiding and overseeing both the BDR and SDR teams, mentoring, coaching and motivating them on a day-to-day basis to consistently exceed sales targets.

Support Growth Through Engaged Mentorship:
_ Facilitate team meetings and individual performance evaluations, providing valuable feedback, and skill-building sessions to actively enhance overall performance.
- _ Collaboration for

Sales Excellence:

_ Engage in close partnership with sales management and sales operations to define sales strategies, objectives, and establish ambitious targets that drive growth and success.

Performance Optimization:

_ Deliver comprehensive performance reports to the sales management, offering not just numbers but also actionable insights and strategic recommendations on needs and process improvements to achieve optimal results.




Job requirements:


  • 3+ years of proven success in sales and team management preferably within a SaaS company, or automotive industry
  • Excellent communication, leadership capabilities, and a proven aptitude for fostering growth through effective coaching techniques.
  • Salescentric mindset, steering the course toward success.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales channels (Salesforce or Hubspot).
  • Great understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards success.
  • Fluency in English at a native level.
