About Business line/Function

The Finance & Strategy function (F&S) ensures, for the
BNPParibas Group, the production and publication of accounting and financial management statements necessary for the management of the Group, financial and tax optimization along with the external growth strategy.

It also plays an alert role vis-à-vis of the General Management.

F&S count +1800 employees specialized in Accounting, Reporting, Performance Steering, Tax, Control, Regulatory and Project to mention few of them.

F&S is organized around 3 mutualized regional platform (America, Europe and Asia/Pacific), 1 Shared Finance Service center located in India, Central F&S teams located in Paris and decentralized Finance, Tax and Development departments located in each BNPP country presence.

The Infinity EMEA Finance & Strategy Platform is the Regional EMEA Mutualized platform and Group platform delivering services that covers the whole financial dimension: Accounting production activities, reporting, control, transformation projects, IT and GDO.

Our platform serves EMEA Countries and CFO ́s, Group Head Office and also worldwide entities when it refers to projects (Transformations & IT).

The Oxygen Finance & Strategy Platform is located in a dual location Madrid and Lisbon

POSITION PURPOSE:

As the team is currently involved in many OFS Roll out projects, we need to reinforce the teams.

OFS is the Group general ledger that is progressively deployed to all entities in Europe and Middle east countries.

TRUST EMEA team is in charge of:

Supporting the end users onboarding within OFS roll out programs concerning accounting controls and certification,
Defining the technical controls structure the to be put in place for these activities for the concerned entities following an analysis of the current organization in link with local managers
Defining and ensuring the accesses to the tools deployed
Coordinating the implementation of these controls together with the other projects teams involved in the deployment program
Organizing the trainings of future users of this general ledger and the related control tools

Responsibilities:

The new team member will be responsible of implementing the OFS accounting Control framework for one or more entities within the OFS roll out programs

This integration will be made progressively, being in binome with an experienced Change manager, in order to become autonomous Change manager after a few months.

Within the team, people are polyvalent and progressively learn all faces of Change Management aspects including very functional and political activities, being in contact with location top managers and as well more technical tasks underlying tools set up.
As we are following a roadmap and contributing to projects, team members need to be able to deliver on time or being able to raise alerts with enough anticipation highlighting facts and proposing remediation actions in order to ease management decisions

TECHNICAL & BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:

Technical competencies:

Excel advanced, other Microsoft tools (intermediary), Business Object is a plus

Behavior:

As our team is in contact with Top managers, need to be careful and aware of political communication
Within the team, and with our internal clients, curiosity and active listening very important
Within the team and with the other teams of the Infinity platform and other project teams located in Paris, being ready to help each other and adapt our plans taking into account their constraints

Specific Qualifications:

Knowledge in Accounting

Education Level:
Master Degree or equivalent

Experience Level:
At least 2 years

Other/Specific Qualifications

Language:
Spanish or French mother tongue, good working English, French is a plus.
