JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tasks:


  • Ensure all products are following all contents standards in all platforms/distribution channels, with complete & accurate information in the appropriate languages according to product and market

- strategy
  • Improve the quality of the contents with periodical reviews of top destinations and Products and coordinating actions with other departments to make sure we have the right product in the right

- languages
  • Voucher's quality improvement and web information displayed monitoring to reduce the issues due to inconsistent information displayed, improving our customer ́s satisfaction
  • Suppliers' minimum contents standards requirements, ensuring effective and high quality of information delivered, ensuring specialization per product line

Skills needed:

  • Minimum of 3 years at management level in similar or related businesses
  • Previous experience leading teams and inspiring high levels of employee engagement
  • Previous experience in Operations or B2B/B2C business, HTML, frontend, and UX basic knowledge
  • Graduate in Journalism, Marketing, Tourism, or related business
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, tableau & Atlas Specific
  • Customer service industry knowledge and experience in Content management systems
  • Fluent English is a must, other languages are a plus
