The IFS Early Career program provides you with an opportunity to learn about IFS and real everyday life as a consultant.

You will receive exclusive knowledge of our product IFS Applications, as well as insight into ERP, EAM, FSM, CRM, IoT, and Cloud, and build a valuable network for your future career.

Upon completion of the IFS Early Career Program, you will be offered a position in Consulting in our European organization.

The Early Career Program usually graduate from the program after 1 year. This co hort will focus on Service Management and PSO.

Job Description:


Are you ready for the challenge of becoming one of our future, brilliant consultants? The IFS Early Career Program is your chance to join one of the world's most modern business software companies and to get a great start in your career.

Selected applicants will be mentored by our very best employees and get to build a valuable network both in the Nordics and globally.

Our mission is to offer you the right prerequisites to develop and become our next IFS expert.

  • Our consultants are allocated to one or more customer projects working at the customer's site and/or remote from the office.
  • In your first project you will attend together with a mentor/buddy, later you will be a resource alongside someone else or the sole resource covering a specific competency area.
  • Tasks in the project are various:
  • Writing specifications, testing, advising on specific topics, prepare and/or run workshops and end-user training, write documentation... to ensure we deliver as agreed.
  • You must be willing to do deep dives, as well as cruising the surface.
It will be lots of work _and_ loads of fun.

You will be challenged, and you will be stretched - but most of all you will experience development, boosting team spirit and great satisfaction.

The program will start early February 2023


Qualifications:

We are looking for

  • Talented and ambitious
    university graduates who have the potential of becoming our future brilliant consultants.
  • Someone who holds
    no more than 2 years of work experience

  • In general, the applicants should have a bachelor's or a master's degree, preferably in the fields of either Engineering, Information technology or Finance/Economics/Business.
As a person, you are daring, enterprising, and cooperative.

You thrive in working with technology, and understand and have an interest in business software, ERP, digitization, EOI, IoT, cloud solutions, and others.

Advising in a convincible way is fundamental to you, you enjoy challenges, and you can see and understand overall solutions.

You can create long-term relationships and you have good team working skills.


You master the local language of the country where you are working, _in addition to_ English both written and oral.

It is also a prerequisite you live in a country where we have our European Young Professionals Program, and that you hold a work permit as well as a residence permit as we are not sponsoring any VISAS for this program.

You must be prepared to travel if needed.
