What we are looking for:
The Marketing and Communications Executive assists the Marketing & Communications Manager to promote the hotel and its outlets as the market leader through Marketing activities.
Creation and print of collateral, promotions and packages, advertising, market analysis, photo-shootings.
The job is executed satisfactorily when:
He/ She assists to plan, coordinate and implement company ́s marketing guideline; maintains guest ́s database for mailings; liaises with F&B department to promote F&B outlets; assists in the creation of the media and marketing plan; creates office presentations and coordinates give
- aways and collateral; uploads and maintain picture storage and distribution systems. All content and photography of the website and social media is maintained; communicates and coordinates with internal departments, especially sales, Public Relations the latest developments in the hotel including all activities, promotions, rates of the hotel.

Requirements
The person we are looking for, must have the following qualities:
- EU Citizenship & Studies suitable for the position are required.
- Skills required: Customer care, organized, meticulous, cohesiveness, carrying, adjustable, openminded, committed, and creative.
- Result driven and fast learning capacity with the support of a friendly team.
- Fluent in English, good level of Spanish, any other language will be considered a plus.
- Experience of 12 years in the Marketing department of a hotel/ resort.
- Ability to efficiently work in a team and autonomously, from the office and remotely.
- Strong level in Microsoft Office programs and computer savvy.
