To join this new project, we are looking for an international and experienced 360- recruitment consultant.

With your Manager - as international as you - you will be responsible to keep growing our business in Northern Europe, while enjoying the lifestyle of Barcelona.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities as an International Senior Recruitment Consultant:

Analyse the market and identify opportunities of development
Establish, develop and manage partnerships with clients
Adhoc projects

Requirements:

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

International background is a MUST. Fluency in English + native level of German or one of the Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish
Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role
Previous international experience in France is a BIG advantage
Strong business development abilities and energy
Quality and service oriented
Ability to work independently
Willing to get the Blu DNA check us out on our website
