The Role


Veeva Network is a comprehensive Master Data Management solution that helps life sciences companies manage critical product and customer data.

Veeva OpenData is a customer reference database providing access to 16+ million profiles for healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations.

Our products provide customers with accurate data faster for better customer engagement and sales execution.

We work with 200+ life sciences customers.

As our client portfolio continues to grow and our team continues to expand, we are looking for an individual to independently manage key Enterprise-level projects focused on delivering Veeva OpenData and Veeva Network.

To thrive in this role, you must have experience in delivering large-scale Master Data Management projects for Enterprise-level customers.

In conversations with our clients, you are the advocate of Veeva solutions, which is why fluent English, strong communication, and presentation skills are essential for the role.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple deadlinedriven assignments with the ability to initiate, supervise and complete projects with mínimal supervision
  • Design and develop MDM architectures and solutions for our clients via Veeva Network, including data modeling, integration, data management, and governance
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders and technical teams to identify MDM requirements and design solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles and Veeva best practices
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications
  • Provide guidance and technical leadership to project team members/partners during the implementation phase
  • Support change management processes and maximize engagement with customers
  • Develop robust relationships with the main customer stakeholders
  • Support the Veeva Services team on internal activities related to improving the quality of services delivered to our customers

Requirements:


  • Wellestablished skills and proficiency in Master Data Management and reference data integration or similar initiatives
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions in complex enterprise environments in an IT consulting organization
  • Expertise in data modeling, integration, data quality, data management, and data governance
  • Extensive knowledge of Master Data Management framework and methodologies
  • Experience with MDM technologies platforms, such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, or similar
  • Familiarity with web portal integration and web services technologies such as SOAP, REST APIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to a technical and nontechnical audience
  • Ability to travel when required

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or Medical Device organization
  • Veeva certification and implementation experiences
