What you can expect to do in the role:

Key Responsibilities:

Daily coordination between the different teams of our company (i.e. tax, accountant, corporate, compliance, AIFM...) and the lawyers, the notaries and the banks
Collection of the KYC information required by our Compliance team
Liaison with the banks in relation to the account opening process
Manage any TA functions (i.e. NAV calculation, distribution, CAS,..)
Manage the preparation and/or reviewing the reporting (regulatory, CSSF, BCL,..) ensuring it's delivery on time
Prepare the files for the Client Acceptance Committee
Report on the needs and demands of clients
Contribute in finding daytoday and strategic solutions to serve our clients in the best possible way

Must-Have Experience / Qualifications:

Degree in law, economics or management
Professional experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
Spanish: fluent level (spoken and written)
English: fluent level (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Funds/Corporate specialist role with client skills
Ability to prioritize and handle several deliverables multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Problem solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of German and French would be beneficial
