Role Summary


As the P&C Intern you are responsible for assist with the HR daily operations and processes, administer projects and maintain records and data in accordance with the policies and standards defined by the HR department.


What you'll do:

  • Support to employees in daytoday issues related to human resources, for example, holidays, corrections to working hours, etc.
  • Support the team with recruitment and on boarding activities and processes
  • The intern will be involved in human resources processes such as: performance management and engagement surveys.
  • Support in the implementation of the project to update Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Provide support with occupational risk prevention activities.
  • Assist the Payroll and Benefits area with administrative tasks, social benefits and flexible compensation plan (ticket restaurant, transport).
  • Support in administrative tasks of the department (Communications, control and update of documents in relation to the worker's file).
  • Support the team with the updating of employee data in our HR

Management Systems:

Workday and Deputy.- Support in HR initiatives and events.- Support the department in any other activity related to the position that is not mentioned in the previous points.


What you'll have:

  • Currently studying a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related careers. Also, Master's students.
  • Ideally with previous experience in general human resources positions.
  • Languages: Native Spanish level and good written and spoken communication in English (minimum B2 level is required).
  • High Knowledge in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
  • Team spirit and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in international environments.
  • Creativity and good communication skills.

Other requirements for this role:

  • Availability to work full time 35 hours per week
