Within SD Worx, as a learning partner, the SD Worx Academy team provides a qualitative answer to the learning needs of our clients and we strive for a continuous, innovative and sustainable learning culture with learning solutions that are independent of language, location and time.
Your responsibilities
SD Worx Academy wants to strengthen its European position in the training world.
To help us achieve this, we are looking for an International Academy Community Manager, whose responsibilities will include:
ACADEMY
- You ensure a European quality label for all SD Worx Academy training courses.
- You develop a European training plan to educate, supervise, train and upskill trainers.
- You are endtoend responsible for the preparation, implementation and followup of training courses.
- You train local countries on how to deliver training, what learning methods and learning technologies exist and ensure a coherent training offer across Europe.
- You develop training courses, document the "how to" and are constantly innovating so that new trends, learning methods and technologies hold no secrets for you.
- You can give concrete form to learning goals of local countries, with regard to learning form, realization and content.
- You take care of the international development of training programs and learning solutions within the Payroll & HR domain in cooperation with the product management team.
- For this, you work together with internal and external content experts and the product management team.
COMMUNITY
- You are committed to training and expanding our Academy Expert community.
- You address and inspire your stakeholders with new digital learning methods and technologies.
- You build a sustainable network with Subject Matter Experts both internally and externally.
- You organize trainings, meetings and create a community feeling.
- You work closely with local consultants, freelancers & partners.
- You report to the Learning Academy Central Lead.
Your profile
- You have an L&D background and/or have built up relevant experience within an hr & payroll training environment.
- You have at least a bachelor degree and at least 5 years of experience.
- You are an entrepreneur with a growth mindset and ready for an innovative project.
- You have strong didactic skills and are not afraid to give training courses.
- You follow learning & development trends and innovations or are sometimes at the forefront yourself You have experience with various laser technologies.
- You are at home in blended and online learning.
- You quickly analyse new information and can translate it into tothepoint training material.
- You are good at maintaining contacts, building a network and stakeholder management.
- You are operationally and strategically strong.
- You are able to work on a project basis and initiate and implement new projects from A to Z.
- You can set priorities in line with the vision and strategy.
- An excellent knowledge of Dutch and German is a plus.
- You are customeroriented and proactive.
- Experience in an international environment is a strong plus.
- Your enthusiasm and dynamism take others in tow.
- You can work independently and enjoy working in a team.
- You are flexible and have the necessary stressresistance.
