Manages and directs the Operations with full responsibility for profit
and return on capital, growth projections, new business development and
further expansion of the of the business by diversifying the services
according to market and our customers' needs.

Ensures that overhauls, preventative maintenance and repairs of
equipment are maintained and/or repaired in a cost effective manner,
with consideration given to quality and longer duration of equipment.
Supervises the maintenance and repair of the vehicle fleet and other
technical support equipment (electrical, electronic and mechanical).
Develops and establishes a long term business strategy for the
organisation based on the overall company vision and strategy and/or its
entities.
