Managing accounts across Spain and ItalyBuilding and managing long term relationships (C-level to operations)
Retaining and developing the customers portfolioPreventing ChurnDriving revenue by growing existing accounts, through upsell and cross-sellMonitoring your KPIs and your monthly targetsSending commercial proposalsReaching monthly targets of retention and sales growthBeing a team player and work closely with the Sales, Product and Marketing teamsYou Should Apply If:2+ years CSM experience within SaaS (preferably Marketing Technology)You speak fluent Spanish and English.
