    About the role

    As a member of our Search Team, you will lead the engagement and assessment of candidates across the company's most senior and retained searches. You will be able to solve our clients' most complex and high-priority talent needs through a combination of exceptional ability to engage, motivate, and influence passive candidates; a strong judgment in selecting which candidates to approach and which to progress through the process; and the ability to both approach the clients' talent needs with creativity and to influence internal and external stakeholders understanding of the talent pool.

    You will excel in strategic talent evaluation, utilizing your expertise to assess client talent requirements and devise targeted search strategies. Your efforts will lead to the successful identification and acquisition of top talent aligned with their specific needs.

    Your talent identification skills will shine, leveraging innovative approaches to engage and attract high-calibre senior passive candidates.

    With your expertise in candidate assessment, you will establish credibility with senior executives and ensure the selection of the best-suited candidates who meet our client's talent needs and are likely to accept an offer.

    Your role will extend beyond the internal sphere, as you gather market intelligence and insights. By presenting a consultative view of the talent market, you will effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders, fostering a comprehensive understanding of the talent landscape.

    What skills are we looking for?

    Strong experience: You should possess at least 6 years of experience in executive search or similar headhunting roles. Your career progression should demonstrate your seniority within your current organization.

    Familiarity with industries such as FMCG, Retail, Tech, and Pharma, along with knowledge of key functions like General Management, HR, Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Procurement, is desired.

    Track record of success: A consistent track record of delivering against complex and senior executive search assignments is crucial. Your experience in delivering exceptional results on behalf of clients, coupled with a mindset of not settling for anything but the best and perseverance, will set you apart.

    Influential communicator: You should possess exceptional influencing skills and the ability to effectively present information to a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients.

    Strong project management: The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is essential. As a self-motivated individual, you should thrive in managing pressure and stress while being capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
