Job responsibilities:

The HR Operations Associate will mainly support Spain operations, but also some operations work for Italy and South Africa.

  • Manage the administration around the full employee life cycle including onboarding, contract changes, leave entitlements & queries, time and absence, immigration, benefits, reference letters, offboarding, etc.
  • Support payroll by providing input and auditing data changes monthly
  • Perform general HR administrative tasks such as documentation and recordkeeping, HR software administration, data management.
  • Prepare, record, and perform the necessary quality checks with respect to various administrative tasks: correspondence, approvals, files for signatures, notes and other documents.
  • Participate in regular reporting and audit of HR data;
  • Actively contribute to a sustainable, safe, positive and enjoyable office environment.

Qualifications:


  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
  • 12 years of professional experience and a proven track record in Talent & Culture or in a service, project management, or analytic function.
  • Desire to learn about the Talent & Culture function and the domains within.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly, behave professionally, and proactively take responsibility.
  • Ability to work collaboratively or on an independent basis.
  • Demonstration of a high level of discretion and candor relating to sensitive or confidential information.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems on a strategic level.
  • Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
