How your day will look like

  • Do active sourcing on social media
  • Plan interviews for hiring managers and follow up on the recruitment process
  • Identify different ways to build talent pipelines
  • Update and create job descriptions on different job portals

Your profile ‍

  • Be passionate about recruitment and HR topics
  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Structured, proactive, and goaloriented attitude
  • Native level of German, and very good level of English
