Responsibilities:

Conducts feasibility review with suppliers prior to nomination to ensure that all requirements can be metApproval authority from quality for supplier nomination approvals.

Acts as VC project manager for supplier APQP activities .Follows timing of new launches and ensures success and on time PPAP's.

Fulfillment of life source is done in time by SQA Plant .Escalates risks of supplier APQP activities that impact supplier PPAP commitments.

Provides feedback to internal project team to secure design is feasible to manufacture.
Reviews and approve supplier PVP and PVP&R.

Supports; PFMEA and Control plan, and capability monitoring concept development at supplier,to secure robust processes after PPAPSupport VC ProMAP core team meetingsContribution to Lesson Learnt proceedQualifications:

Education:
Degree in Engineering,

Technician Professional Experience:
Preferred 5 years, Automotive experience within Supplier Development and/or Quality function, understanding of processes at supplier processes is recommended but not mandatory

Specialized Knowledge:
Project Managament skills, Problem solving skills, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Quality core tools (SPC; MSA; APQP; FMEA; PPAP)

Quality Management System, Experiences in auditing (VDA6.3, CQI)Languages:
Fluent English desired
