- Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with analytic tools/languages such as R, Python, and SQL.
- Machine Learning Expertise: Proven ability to create insights from machine learning models and complex data sets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex quantitative methods and results clearly.
- Data Visualization: Skilled at data visualization and interpretation to inform business decisions.
- Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with Hive, Spark, Scala, HDFS, and integrating these with Python/R.
- CRM and Data Governance: Working knowledge of Salesforce/Veeva CRM and data governance principles.
