The Digital Operations Manager is an internal facing role that combines the needs and wants of the Solar + BESS O&M fleet into the internal procedures and digital tools suite used to carry out the works in filed.

Dynamically working with internal stakeholders, you will drive the development of internal structures on a digital level, directing teams on how to gather the data and what to do with it.

Design for growth and leverage off existing digital landscapes.

Working as part of a growing team, you would be responsible for driving and advising internal stakeholders towards decisions on Scada hardware, data paths, tools & product development, continuous improvement on existing processes and ownership of the solar digital roadmap for Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive the development of digital O&M tools suite for use in Solar Operations (Functionality / interfaces / data handling)
Drive & Assist team projects around Solar Scada integrations / product selections
Assist in the general understanding of the "selfperform" strategy in solar O&M for Europe
Participate as stake holders in global design concepts for digital solar architecture for O&M
Responsible for managing development of multiple digital product with multiple stakeholders/product teams

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge in solar operations requirements
Understanding of Scada in solar farms / BESS
Engineering / Scada Data networking / digital product development experience
Ability to information gather from stakeholders and drive for strategic goals
Ability to interact well with other team members
