- Establish, organize, and lead the BU ensuring readiness, cultural alignment and strategic impact across functions
- Define and execute short-, mid-, and long-term commercial and technical strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Develop and monitor financial and operational targets including budgets, sales, costs, and margins
- Serve as Global Key Account Manager for major industry players when relevant
- Build and develop a high-performing team across Product Management, Sales, and Key Account functions
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Innovation, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, consumer insights, and regulatory changes to adapt BU strategy
- Act as the external face of the BU, engaging customers, associations, and industry events
- Visionary and inspiring leader with a people-first approach
- Strong strategic thinking plus hands-on execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at senior levels
- High resilience and adaptability to growth and change
- Entrepreneurial, innovative, and deeply customer-centric
- University degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Science, Animal Nutrition, Food Science, or related discipline
- MBA or postgraduate studies in business management or international xugodme trade valued
- Extensive Petfood industry experience including business development, product management, and key account leadership
- Proven P&L management, strategic execution, and market expansion
- Experience in global or regional account management with multinational clients and leading multidisciplinary, multicultural teams
- In-depth knowledge of Petfood markets, technologies, and customer needs
- Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret business data
- Fluency in English (C1/C2); additional Spanish or French is a plus
- Proficiency with ERP, CRM, and digital tools and market analysis platforms
