COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT SECRETARY


Our client, a multinational company dedicated to pharmaceutical logistics, is looking for a COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT SECRETARY to join their sales team.

As a CDS within the sales team, you will have the opportunity to work on administrative tasks, document management, and provide excellent customer service to pharmaceutical clients in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.


MISSION
Enable the commercial department to carry out its essential functions in administration, document management, and customer service.


Requirements:


  • English proficiency (C1 level) or fluent spoken and written skills.
  • Experience in Customer Service / Admin or
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office package, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

As a CDS, your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating services and prices to clients.
  • Communicating new services and prices to the finance department.
  • Supporting client management.
  • Studying and managing transportation rates.
  • Creating sales presentations for clients.
  • Updating and communicating contract renewals in the CRM.
  • Extracting and analyzing data from the CRM.
  • Preparing reports with sales data for management and global teams.
  • Summarizing specialized press articles.
  • Maintaining the customer database.
  • Having daily contact with other departments.

Salary: 24,000.00€ - 26,000.00€ per year
