Your work-life opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our Real-Time Operations Department.

As a Strategic Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating critical projects that drive operational efficiency, enhance real-time decision-making processes, and ensure seamless execution of key initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals while aligning with the department's strategic objectives.

Be a part of a team where you will:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables, in line with the real-time operations department's strategic goals
Lead the execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, including supply operations, product, data analytics, to facilitate effective collaboration and information exchange
Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
Understand the organization's longterm vision and strategic priorities and ensure that projects within the realtime operations department are in alignment with these objectives
Contribute insights and recommendations to refine project strategies based on emerging industry trends, local needs and best practices
Establish KPIs to measure the success and impact of projects on realtime operations efficiency and effectiveness
Regularly assess project outcomes, collect relevant data, and produce comprehensive reports to present to key stakeholders
Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, to maximize project outcomes
Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal project performance

You have:

23 years of demonstrated experience in Project management
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in realtime operations or a similar fastpaced environment
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to inform decisionmaking
Excellent leadership and problemsolving capabilities to drive project success
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is advantageous
