    Hei We're on the hunt for a Norwegian Speaking Recruiter to join our incredible team at Patrique Mercier Recruitment, and guess what? You'll be a crucial part of our journey in the Human Resources industry, helping us scout the best talent globally.

    Now, let's talk about the role. As our Norwegian Speaking Recruiter, your day will be filled with interesting tasks and challenges. You'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to conducting initial interviews, and finally, bringing on board the best of the best. You'll also be liaising with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we're attracting top-notch candidates. Not to mention, you'll be doing all this while communicating in Norwegian, so you'll get to enjoy a slice of your culture while working

    Here's what you'll need to join our team:

    • Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken)
    • A valid EU passport
    • The ability to work remotely
    • Willingness to undergo a fully paid 4-month training in Athens, Greece (Yes, it's mandatory, but hey, who wouldn't want a Greek adventure)
