    We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Analyst with CPQ knowledge to join our Salesforce team.

    • Liaise between the IT department and the business stakeholders. Develop a communication approach and perform regular communication, ensuring transparency and cooperation between IT and the business.
    • Understand business processes. Gain and support deep knowledge of respective process domains. Have sufficient connection to business stakeholders to be aware of business needs and identify implications for IT systems and automation.
    • Understand the current automation of CPQ business processes. Gain sufficient knowledge of current automation of CPQ processesfrom end to end, including all integrated solutions and complemented with manual steps.
    • Analyze business needs. Identify needsvia regular communication with business stakeholders. Perform requirements elicitation efficiently via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, interviews, documentation, etc.
    • Translate business needsinto business requirements documentation and make specifications of detailed functional requirements in user stories.
    • Support training in cooperation with the business; develop training materials about CPQ automation.
    • System configuration.Perform Salesforce CPQ configuration when a solution can be provided without customization/coding (clicks and buttons), for example, by setting up products and pricing rules, templates, reports, roles, etc.
    • Ensure that the validation process assesses the value deliveredby the solution(e.g.,by reviewing testing scenarios and making sure that those cover the business requirements in the scope of a project; by ensuring that testers represent users sufficiently). Support E2E testing prior to UAT testing. Coordinate testing activities and ensure the right bug resolution and CR process. Supports business in the validation process, acting as an expert regarding the system functionality.
    • Post-implementation supportwith help to solve production bugs, analysis, and implementation of evolution CRsin close contact with key users, internal technical specialists, and external IT partner(s).

    Your profile

    • Bachelor's/master's in computer science, engineering, or equivalent through experience or
    • Bachelor's/master's in marketing, sales, or economics with experience in implementing automated solutions.
    • Given the international environment, excellent communication skills in English.
    • Experience in business analysis based on known frameworks, methods, and tools.
    • Salesforce CPQ administration and configuration expert (CPQ Salesforce-certified and hands-on experience)
    • Experience should cover business-driven and transformation-based projects aiming at implementing new software solutions inside the organization.
    • Experience in projects covering the integration of different solution platforms is required.
    • Ability to deal with incidents, problems, and change requests.
    • An open mindset and willingness to take the business perspective. Experience in a position on the business side is a plus.
    • Capability to work with little or no supervision and effectively prioritize workload.
    • An open and pragmatic approach.
    • Past business experience to "speak the same language" as the business
    • Operations knowledge: past service process experience to effectively maintain and develop a running Salesforce environment.
