This position will support the development and implementation of the data function in Radisson Hotel Group.

In this position, the successful candidate will manage and execute the implementation of Data Governance for multiple data sources to address key business needs and objectives, specifically on Business-to-Business (Travel Agency and Corporate profile).

They will collaborate with the rest of the Business Intelligence function to support the overall Data & Analytics strategy.

The role includes managing development projects regarding data journey and control dashboards in the Master Data Management Tool to support B2B business stakeholders.

This is not an IT role; it's about being a trusted advisor with the business and a translator with the IT team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Subject Matter Expert on B2B Data projects, accountable for coordinating all stakeholders.
Design and implement Data Quality projects to ensure a common and homogeneous data management practice across the organization, mainly focusing on cleaning Travel Agencies (knowledge of IATAN org is appreciated) and/or Corporate profile.
Report requirements gathering - Create and maintain documentation to improve data quality and automation, including prototypes for new reports dashboard.
Insight creation and delivery to end-users with a strong drive for actionable data.
Support other Data team members in their duties, cross responsibilities, and ad-hoc analysis.
Accountable for the correct implementation and usage of B2B Master Data/Golden records.
Provide coaching and training for end-users regarding the B2B Master Data Platform.

Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of experience with Master Data Concept - Golden records.
Analytics background with experience in S4Hana and SAP CRM Data (Nice to have Reltio Products).
Extensive experience (3-5 Years) in data quality projects.
Knowledge of database concepts and relational databases (SQL Server; Azure Synapse Analytics) and data exploitation techniques.
Experience in data management projects (3-5 Years) on Data Profiling, Business Advanced Analytics.
Ability to deliver tactical solutions while managing different issues, experience with business intelligence project related to information lifecycle.
Organized and effective, taking a well-ordered and structured approach to task management.
Strong influencing and communication skills, communicates openly and clearly both verbally and in writing, pitching information at the appropriate level.
Critical thinker, ability to understand logical connections between ideas, identify, construct, and evaluate arguments.
Think Strategically, foresee and take action to deal with problems and opportunities.
Change Management, be an advocate for positive change and improvements.
Motivated individual able to take projects from development to deployment.
