Digital Product Owner - Business Processes (Openbank)

Mission and responsibilities:

As a Digital Product Owner for a Content Management System (CMS), you will:

  • work tightly with Business sponsors in different geographies and projects to define the products & services development end to end
  • Interact with multiple stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Fraud, Risk,..) during the ideation and discovery phases to align market practices and regulatory requirements.
  • You will work with product managers, designers, and engineers across the organization to assess value, scope of effort, usability, and priority of features and customer solutions.
  • Understand local market practices, perform gap analysis versus existing platform and create product requirements to be used in written specifications, business rules, flows and use cases.
  • You will maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure that development efforts are aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure product rollouts are delivered successfully by conducting enduser testing Knowledge & Personal Skills.
  • Monitor the market and competitors to identify trends, opportunities, and threats to the product.
  • You will use analytics tools and metrics to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make datadriven decisions.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor degree), preferably in Business, ebusiness, design or digital field.
- +3 years of professional experience in business consulting, FinTech, or digital business projects in a product management or business analysis roles.

  • High knowledge of user experience requirements for frontend digital flows.
  • Good understanding of technical delivery best practices, including user story and acceptance criteria, working in crossfunctional agile teams and designing MVPs and customer testing approaches.
  • Conceptual knowledge of business processes and fronttoback solution architecture that support retail Markets products & services.
  • Knowledge of WordPress / WooCommerce / Magento, Excel, Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence and HTML Language.
  • Exceptional problemsolving ability to structure and define analyses to draw conclusions.
  • Collaborative and effective work in a group dynamic.
  • Advanced level in English.
