We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to take on the key role of Contract Administration and technical Estimating.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial and technical aspects of our projects, including preparing technical bids, performing drawing take-offs and estimating from structural/civil plans, letting and administering sub-contracts and project budgets, acting as a technical point of contact for clients, site managers, and engineers.

• Prepare detailed estimates for supply, erection, and dismantle
• Conduct site visits to provide accurate access solutions

A Degree in Civil Engineering is essential. The ideal candidate will have advanced ability to read and interpret complex Architectural Structural civil engineering drawings; knowledge of Australian Standards (AS/NZS) related to structural integrity; analytical skills to ensure scaffolding designs integrate safely with host structures; excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge various stakeholders.
