We're looking for a
IT Analyst
with experience in Accounting financial products to join our client, one of the largest digital banks worldwide (#
endclient).


> The Job


As IT Analyst you will be contributing to the management of development squad teams under the functionalities you will be responsible, supporting the creation of user stories in line with business product owner peers, coordinatin and testing activities and approves release plans.

Accordingly, you will be responsible for compliance and compliance with optimal standards of technical quality and performance within the IT functionalities products that you manage.


Main Tasks:

  • Functional analysis, definition of solutions.
  • Preparation of technical design documents.
  • Maintenance of project documentation.
  • Facilitate critical dependencies management within the IT product and across products.
  • Support the development of and the execution of acceptance tests based on acceptance criteria, coordinating all test activities and ensuring that each story meets acceptance criteria.
  • Continuously update the delivery team in case of business changes, in coordination with Business Product Owners and other peer Technical Product Owners.
  • Approve the final release plan, in accordance with agreed priorities and dependencies, in collaboration with the Release Manager.
  • Analyze and report delivery, progress, risks and opportunities.

>Requirements
- +3 years experience implementing IT banking projects, particularly Corebanking, Accounting Systems or Account Payable/Receivable solutions.

  • Demonstrable knowledge on Data Query Languages (SQL, Presto).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs in relation with Accounting and Financials and strong decisionmaking capabilities, with ability to weighin relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate one.
  • High level of English and Spanish.
