- Act as primary point of contact for customers during the renewals process, building trust and setting the foundation for long-term relationships.
- Effectively turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering through different criteria.
- Engage with small and medium businesses across industries to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Understand customers' current license position at the company, leading with cloud technologies to secure customer wins and maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Support renewal process by engaging and coordinating multiple stakeholders aligned to customer needs.
- You must have an EU passport to apply.
- A minimum of 2-3 years sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Fluency in English (B2) and native-level Norwegian language proficiency.
- Working experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions preferred.
- Good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools.
