We are a Danish tech company based in sunny Marbella (Spain) and teams working remotely from all around the world.

We are an expert on e-commerce and subscription services, currently employing over 70 employees of 19 nationalities.

We are hiring a highly organized and proactive Personal Manager to deliver exceptional administrative support to our executive team.

This role involves managing the day-to-day tasks, schedules, and activities of our executives, ensuring smooth operations and efficient use of their time.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events while prioritizing conflicting demands.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, conferences, and meetings, both internal and external.
  • Prepare, manage and maintain important documents, reports, and data, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
  • Attend meetings with the executive, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in project coordination by tracking progress, communicating with team members, and preparing projectrelated materials.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of the executive's workflow.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Proficient in using productivity and office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaborative tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.

Nice to have:


  • Experience in the tech industry or familiarity with technologyrelated concepts or a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and project management tools and methodologies.
  • Previous experience supporting Clevel executives.
