With over 600,000 customers and users in 8 countries, we are searching for a Tech Transformation and Communication Manager who wants to further strengthen our software portfolio.
We are looking for an experienced
Tech Transformation and Communication Manager to join the Sector Alarm team.

This person will develop the transformation of the Tech department, made up of more than 160 developers, including the redefinition of the organization, new ways of working (agile, coordination mechanisms with the business), definition of the key KPIs and redefinition and control of the budget.

This is a temporary, full-time position, for 6 months reporting to the Chief of Staff. The role is based in
Fuengirola, Málaga so you should be able to commute there once a week.


Job responsibilities

  • Perform specific analyses and develop quantitative models to monitor performance (I.e. create and monitor dashboards with key KPIs).
  • Calculate and track Tech impact on business (i.e., build a model to track how specific Tech programs impact the business).
  • Support in budgeting process.
  • Define coordination mechanisms between business and tech.
  • Deploy knowledge excellence across the tech team and with the business to ensure interdepartmental collaboration, including leading trainings to the Management Committees of all the countries.
  • Coordinate with HR the cultural agenda and calendar of the tech team.
  • Lead all internal communications within Tech department and within Group for Tech, occasionally help Clevels for comms.
  • Support in building brand awareness for Sector Alarm within the tech community striving for excellent storytelling and spreading the work sector Alarm is doing eg. Work with Tech Executives for External comms on LinkedIn, blogpost, material for tech events.
  • Liaise and coordinate communications with Product and Marketing for big new product launches.

Who are you?

  • Minimum requirements_
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience as an analyst/consultant in similar role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English.
  • Advanced level of Excel (experience developing a model; knowledge of advance formulas, including matrix formulas such us vlookup, index)
  • Experience in Tech/Digital transformations with business background and/or 25 years of experience in strategic consulting.
  • It will give you an additional advantage if you have:_
  • Tech focus or PMO experience.
  • Advanced level of PowerPoint and related visual communication skills.
