Together, in a team of 100+ passionate geeks and a network of handpicked partners, we take care of the whole software development process of Europe's fastest-growing lottery platform.

Our Technology Team is made up of many small multi-discipline, cross-functional, autonomous teams, organised into business domains implementing highly independent self-contained systems.

What you will do:


  • Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will be a key member of the Technology Leadership Team and collaborate closely with colleagues in Product to ensure that we are delivering efficiently, transparently and with high predictability
  • Managing a small team of Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches. Defining and embedding delivery tools and processes to manage both team efficiency and crossteam/domain initiative delivery.
  • As a senior leader in technology, contributing to the overall running of the technology organisation. Being visible, helpful and resourceful.
  • Defining and implementing key delivery metrics to measure the performance of all agile teams. Enabling data driven decisions, encouraging a culture of autonomy and transparency.
  • Supporting teams to delivery maturity as they navigate complex systems, balancing product delivery with platform transformation.
  • Managing the portfolio of delivery across technology, with particular focus on crossteam/domain dependencies and collaboration. Developing collaborative processes and forums for planning and review.
  • Ensuring that key initiatives are effectively organised, with dependencies/handoff's well understood and planned, and that high levels of communication are maintained.
  • Providing clear and consumable reporting and updates to senior leadership.
  • Managing delivery risks and issues.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining effective agile culture and agile teams through coaching and facilitating continuous improvement of processes and approach to software delivery. Support and assist in team selforganization. Promote Lottoland culture (openness, honest feedback, inspiring others) and help in conflict solving.
  • Interacting with Head of PMO to ensure that tech delivery supports wider business readiness for key initiatives

Who you are:


  • Experienced in Senior Delivery roles in a fast paced and complex customerfocused organisation, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement through influence, coaching and healthy challenge.
  • Experienced in successfully managing complex interdependent portfolios of work, with many competing priorities, often to commercially driven deadlines
  • A strong agile advocate, with significant experience evolving methodologies in teams to meet their needs
  • Have strong people skills and experienced in people management
  • Highly organised, able to balance competing priorities and manage frequent context switching
  • An open collaborator, able to organise and motivate people around solving problems
  • Experienced in a fastscaling environment
  • Experienced in fintech and/or gaming industry is a plus
  • Have leadership abilities and strategic mindset
