BNZSA is a B2B sales and marketing agency, specialized in the IT industry. Founded by a Dutch veteran of the telemarketing industry, our mission is to change the Telemarketing sector for good.Founded in 2013 in a garage in France, BNZSA moved to the south of Madrid the year after. In 8 years, we have grown from 3 to more than 350 employees in Spain of 45 different nationalities.
In those eight years, we have managed to outgrow 4 different offices.
Now we are preparing the foundations to take BNZSA to the next level. Do you want to take this challenge with us?
The job consists of calling companies located in the APAC region (mostly Australia and New Zealand) and speaking with the IT Managers.
The aim of our call is to generate a Lead:
to spark interest in an IT solution and organize a meeting between the IT Manager and our client's Sales Representative.
In other words, your works consists of generating new business opportunities and initiating the sales process for our client's Sales Departments.
Uncapped Commission System
Every lead that you generate on the phone (every time that an IT Manager is interested in knowing more about a product) which is approved by our Quality Control Department (we need to check that the conversation is up to our standards) results in extra money in your pocket.
This is not a commission-based salary: Even in a bad month, you will have a fixed salary around 1600 euros gross.

Requirements:
- Native English
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
- IT skills are valuable, but not required
- Experience in the APAC (Australia and Pacific) market is a plus, but not required
- Place of residence needs to be located in the Community of Madrid (Comunidad de Madrid)
Working timetables:
Although we propose a full-time job with a full-time salary, you will work only 30 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday: 5:00h 11:00h

Salary: 19,500.00€ - 30,000.00€ per year
