Requirements:
What you will be doing:
- Training, supporting, and empowering your team of writers to achieve organizational goals and deliver the best possible product to our users.
- Contributing to the planning and overseeing the development and implementation of your market's content strategy.
- Collaborating with the SEO, Content, Design, Product, and other teams to execute and improve our strategy while safeguarding the brand's vision and core values.
- Creating and developing supporting documentation, such as guides, compliance requirements, content guidelines, and monthly reports.
- Optimizing and improving internal processes for better alignment, efficiency, and consistent optimization with the best SEO practices in mind.
- Creating templates, briefs, and other documentation for internal and external use to ensure consistent optimization and continuous improvement of the quality of deliverables.
- Reviewing and editing content delivered by your team and external sources, ensuring that our content is of the highest editorial and commercial quality possible.
- Endtoend responsibility for content quality and team productivity.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of our product and staying up to date with the latest advancements and trends in content, SEO, and the iGaming industry.
- From time to time, creating highquality content to hone your skills and reinforce quality standards.
- Facilitating a team culture defined by collaboration, support, and innovation, ensuring that every teammate has a fulfilling and growthfuelled experience with us.
What we are looking for:
- Native proficiency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English
- Experience leading highperforming teams.
- Demonstrable experience in planning, researching, writing, and editing userfirst and SEOoptimized copy that's strategically designed to drive conversion.
- An ability to quickly identify your team's needs, extract performance, and facilitate growth.
- An advanced understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, and Notion.
- An ability to effectively monitor copy performance and optimize accordingly.
- A professional background in iGaming and an education in writing, literature, content management, journalism, or related fields.
- A strong interest in sports and a deep understanding of casino gaming.
- Above all, a cando attitude and a willingness to learn.
