Other responsibilities include tracking training, participating in the recruitment process, organizing shifts, ensuring adherence to processes and procedures, and handling customer interactions.

Requirements

Bilingual or proficient in German with an advanced level of English.Valid EU passport - mandatoryExcellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Experience in a similar role preferred.Ability to implement and manage changes effectively.High customer service orientation and project management skills.IT knowledge and skills, including familiarity with IT platforms, equipment, and applications (e.g., Windows/MS Office/internet configuration).A proactive approach to challenges and a drive for personal and professional development.
