- Collecting, cleaning, validating, analysing procurement data from various sources (e.g., ERP system, e-procurement system, contract database).
- Developing dashboards, reports, models, forecasts, benchmarks, KPIs, scorecards, and other tools to measure and monitor procurement performance.
- Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Identifying data gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, finance, or related field.
- You have 1-5 years' procurement experience.
- Experienced in data analysis and manipulation.
- You have strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- An excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- 25 days per annum of annual leave, plus 14 bank holidays – that can be taken at any time during the year subject to management approval.
- Remote work allowance (equal to 50 EUR/ gross monthly).
