    Tragsatec busca incorporar a un Administrativo/a para apoyar en la tramitación de convocatorias e inspecciones del sector energético.



    Funciones y Tareas:



    • Revisión y verificación de documentación administrativa de empresas.

    • Alimentación y cumplimentación de datos en aplicación informática.



    Requisitos Específicos:


    Deberás anexar los siguientes documentos:



    • Título oficial de la formación o justificante del pago de solicitud del título o certificado académico de los estudios finalizados (incluido el Proyecto Final).

    • Permiso de residencia y trabajo en vigor.



    Formación:


    Se requiere poseer una Titulación FP II o Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior en la rama administrativa, o 6 meses de experiencia demostrada que le aporte los conocimientos de la técnica administrativa en general y especialmente aplicados a las materias propias de la Unidad a la que pertenezca.



    Méritos Valorable:



    • Posibilidad de formalizar un contrato formativo para la obtención de la práctica profesional como administrativo/a.

    • Nivel de manejo medio o avanzado de Excel.

    • Al menos 3 meses de experiencia en tramitación de ayudas.

    • Al menos 3 meses de experiencia aplicando procedimientos administrativos.

    • Al menos 3 meses de experiencia en revisión de documentación administrativa de empresas.



    Observaciones:


    Se ofrece un contrato de duración determinada de 6 meses aproximadamente, con opción de prórroga si procede y respetando los límites de duración máxima establecidos en la legislación laboral vigente.
